How long does the recruitment process take?

Most of the time, it’s a 3–4 step journey. On average, the whole process takes around 3–5 weeks. Depending on the role and the situation, it may move a little faster or take a bit longer. Each position has its own specifics, so the steps can vary.

How can I prepare for the interview?

Start by visiting our website, get to know our products and the crypto industry we operate in. Read the job description carefully and prepare examples from your own experience. During the interview, we create an open atmosphere where both sides can honestly share their expectations.

Can I work remotely or in a hybrid model?

In many teams - yes. It really depends on the type of work and how the team operates. Some people prefer the office, others combine it with remote days, and some work fully online. That said, we still value spending time together - being on-site often means faster collaboration, spontaneous ideas, and a stronger team spirit.

Do you have a dress code?

We value freedom and authenticity, so that you feel comfortable and confident. Semi-casual attire is welcome - we appreciate a relaxed style, but within reasonable limits.

What types of contracts do you offer?

During the probation period, due to its dynamic nature and variety of tasks, we offer collaboration on a B2B basisc or under a contract of mandate. After this stage, you can choose the setup that fits you best.

Are the interviews remote?

The entire process is handled online, which saves time and lets you see from the start how we collaborate remotely. For roles that require office presence, the final stage may take place on-site. It’s a great moment to meet the team in person.

What does the onboarding process look like?

Before your first day, you’ll receive a welcome email with all the essential information. During the first weeks, we’ll plan meetings and training sessions. Each department has its own onboarding plan, so the process will match your specific responsibilities.

If I work on a B2B contract, do I get paid leave?

You can use Paid Time Off (PTO) (see the Benefits section for details). For us, responsibility and work outcomes matter more than the way you are contracted. That’s why we make sure everyone has time to rest.

What are the opportunities for career growth?

You can advance with us, though it depends on your results, commitment, and the roles available. We offer both vertical and horizontal growth paths, though each team develops at its own pace. That’s why career progression can look a bit different across departments.

Do I need to start work at a fixed hour

That depends on the team. Departments working directly with clients have fixed hours to ensure smooth service. Others may have more flexibility. You’ll learn about your team’s routine when meeting your future manager during the interview.
