The Complaint Form

Procedure for receiving and dealing with complaints from clients of Kanga:

  1. Any customer may submit a complaint in which they may address concerns about the services provided by Kanga.
  1. Complaints must be submitted electronically via email to our dedicated support address: [email protected].
  1. To ensure efficient processing, your complaint should include:

- A printed, filled, and signed copy of the complaint form (link to the PDF below),
- A detailed explanation of the issue that is the subject of the complaint.
- Relevant attachments, if any, to substantiate your claim
- If damages have been incurred, a clear statement outlining the Customer’s claim.

  1. Complaints submitted are reviewed without undue delay and, in any case, within the timeframes specified in the Terms and Condition.
