Requirements
We’d love to hear that you:
- have at least 4 years of experience as a UX/UI designer and can prove it in your portfolio,
- understand the specifics of fintech/crypto/web3 products and know how to work on products that are part of a bigger ecosystem,
- know Figma inside out, and tools like Jira and Confluence feel natural to you,
- have a strong understanding of design principles and a solid sense of aesthetics that helps you deliver visually refined work,
- value teamwork, and treat constructive feedback as a natural part of the design process that improves your skills and the product quality,
- manage your tasks efficiently and feel comfortable cooperating with different specialists, where communication and the ability to deeply discuss ideas are key,
- thrive in a high-paced environment while still prioritizing accuracy and quality,
- in a remote-work reality, can manage your time both for independent work and team collaboration,
- when things become a bottleneck, you don’t give up - you look for solutions creatively and you are not passive,
- like the Polish language and respect its rules,
- can work in English and have sufficient fluency, which we will assess during the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day:
- End-to-end design ownership: taking part in the entire design process: from planning and requirements analysis, through designing, iterating, prototyping, and documenting, to handing off to the dev team and testing before production release,
- User-centered design: creating user-focused experiences that also meet business goals and customer needs,
- Concept validation: verifying ideas and design solutions via market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback,
- Knowledge growth: staying up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and evolving UI patterns,
- Design system: building, developing, and maintaining the Design System to ensure visual and functional consistency across products,
- Ways of working: working in Agile.
We offer
- Location: Hybrid (Gdańsk, once a month for 2 days, sometimes less).
- Employment details: full-time, replacement role (2-month probation period, then a 10-month fixed-term contract).
- By joining the team, you can expect that you will spend the first 2 months getting to know the team during the probation period. Strengthen your crypto-market knowledge, support the team with what you do best, define what you can realistically deliver (the team lead is looking forward to meeting you), and see if you enjoy it.
- To start, we propose: contract of mandate up to PLN 10,500 gross, or B2B up to PLN 12,650 net (depending on experience and domain knowledge*).

- You will receive work equipment from us, and after the probation period you’ll have a MacBook. After the probation period you can also expect the full benefits package, which we’ll discuss during the meeting.

Engit LLC. is a Polish company based in Gdansk, operating in computer systems design and related services. The company provides services for the Kanga project - a fast-growing ecosystem of FinTech tools and services. It focuses on education, human connection, and making crypto adoption easier in everyday life. At its core is the cryptocurrency exchange launched in September 2018. Since then, the project has continuously expanded. The delivered services now include tools such as a crypto wallet (Kanga Wallet), crypto exchanges in physical locations (Kanga Kantor), an IEO platform (Kanga Starter), and more. The team is constantly working on new features and actively shares updates in social media (X, Telegram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
