Making withdrawals from your Kanga wallet gives you the flexibility to transfer either cryptocurrencies or fiat money. This guide focuses on cryptocurrency transfers. If you’re interested in fiat withdrawals, a separate guide is available here.
We’ll demonstrate the withdrawal process using an example of transferring to an external crypto wallet. You’ll learn the step-by-step process for both the web platform and the Kanga Wallet mobile app.

External Transfer via Web Browser
After logging into the trade.kanga.exchange platform, access your wallet:
Navigate to your wallet on Kanga
Select “Withdrawal” from the left menu:

From the next menu, choose the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw from your available assets. We’ll use Bitcoin in this example:

You’ll see your available balance for transfer. The “external transfer” option will be highlighted in orange by default:

Enter your external BTC wallet address in the “Bitcoin Network Address” field and specify the amount you wish to transfer in the “Amount” field:
After entering these details, click the “Continue” button
On the following screen, you’ll need to confirm your transfer:
Click “Continue” to confirm the withdrawal
You’ll receive an email containing a button (or link) to confirm the transaction. Simply click “Confirm Withdrawal” to process the transfer.
A successful transaction will be indicated by this window:
Your withdrawal has been successfully processed
Upon successful completion, you’ll receive another confirmation email stating: “Your withdrawal from Kanga Exchange has been processed. The funds have been deposited to the provided address.”
External Transfer via Kanga Mobile App
You can perform the same operation using the Kanga Wallet mobile app. After logging in, navigate to the “Withdrawal” tab on the main screen:
Go to the “Withdrawal” tab
Select your desired cryptocurrency for withdrawal – in this case, Bitcoin:
Select the Bitcoin icon
The next screen will prompt you to enter the amount you want to transfer and the external wallet address. After entering these details, tap the “Withdraw” button:

Your screen will display the withdrawal amount, associated fees, and the final amount that will reach the external wallet:
Click “Withdraw” to proceed with the transaction
Additional email verification is required. Open your email inbox and check for the message from Kanga Exchange You have 30 minutes from receiving the email to confirm the withdrawal. Simply click the link in the email.
If everything goes smoothly, you’ll see a confirmation screen indicating successful transaction processing.
Upon successful completion, you’ll receive another confirmation email stating: “Your withdrawal from Kanga Exchange has been processed. The funds have been deposited to the provided address.”
