The Complaint Form

Procedure for receiving and dealing with complaints from clients of Kanga:

  1. Any customer may submit a complaint in which they may address concerns about the services provided by Kanga.
  2. Complaints must be submitted electronically via email to our dedicated support address: support@kanga.exchange.
  3. To ensure efficient processing, your complaint should include:
    • A printed, filled, and signed copy of the complaint form (link to the PDF below),

    • A detailed explanation of the issue that is the subject of the complaint.

    • Relevant attachments, if any, to substantiate your claim

    • If damages have been incurred, a clear statement outlining the Customer’s claim.

  4. Complaints submitted are reviewed without undue delay and, in any case, within the timeframes specified in the Terms and Condition.
