What does this mean for you?
When you log in to the GoCash service you may come across the message:
“Continued access to services requires an update of your KYC/KYB details. Please contact our Customer Service by email at [email protected]”
This means that your details need to be corrected or completed, and you will only be able to use the service once you have done so.
If you still make a transfer, it will not automatically be exchanged for Omega Stablecoins. In this case, you will be contacted immediately.
How do I update my KYC/KYB details?
Contact GoCash Customer Service by email at [email protected]. Our team will enable you to go through the KYC/KYB procedure again.
Take special care to enter your Personal Identification Number or Tax Identification Number (TIN) correctly.
