Why can't every user access GoCash services?

The cryptocurrency industry has been undergoing significant changes recently due to increasing anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, banking regulations, and enhanced scrutiny over fund security. Consequently, GoCash service is obligated to implement measures aimed at compliance with the latest regulations and ensure adherence to them.

In order to ensure the security of its users and compliance with applicable regulations, GoCash service has been compelled to introduce restrictions that may affect the availability of services for some users. This decision aims to ensure compliance with AML regulations and safeguard users’ funds as well as bank accounts from potential threats.

So, if you encounter a message saying “Your residential address is outside our service area” when attempting to log in to the GoCash service, it means that the address you provided during KYC or KYB verification is from an area outside Europe, thus exceeding the service area boundaries for FIAT/stablecoin exchange and vice versa.

What does this mean for you?

As a user outside GoCash service area, you cannot make any bank transfers/BLIK, etc., for FIAT to stablecoin exchange and vice versa. However, you can still utilize all functionalities on the Kanga exchange, operating within the crypto/crypto realm without entering or exiting FIAT.
