Right of withdrawl
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for withdrawal expires after 14 days from the date:
- in which you took possession of the goods or in which a third party other than the carrier and designated by you took possession of the goods – in the case of a contract obliging you to transfer ownership of the goods,
- on which you took possession of the last of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and designated by you took possession of the last of the goods – in the case of a contract obliging you to transfer ownership of multiple goods that are delivered separately,
- on which you took possession of the last lot or part, or on which a third party other than the carrier and designated by you took possession of the last lot or part – in the case of a contract obliging you to transfer ownership of goods delivered in lots or parts,
- conclusion of the contract – in the case of service contracts.
In order to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us, that is INDIVIDUELLE Sp. z o.o.,9A Lucyny Krzemienieckiej Street, 80-448 Gdańsk, electronic mail address (e-mail address:) [email protected] (charged as for an ordinary telephone call, according to the tariff package of the operator whose services you use), of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example, by a letter sent via e-mail to: [email protected], or a letter sent by post to: INDIVIDUELLE Sp. z o.o.,9A Lucyny Krzemienieckiej Street, 80-448 Gdańsk.
You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. . In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
- Effects of withdrawal from the contract
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you (including the costs of delivery of the goods, but excluding additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the Seller), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract.
We will refund your payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide us proof of its return, whichever event occurs first.
Please send back or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period to the address: INDIVIDUELLE Sp. z o.o., 266 Grunwaldzka Street, 80-266 Gdańsk.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods, in particular customs duties and taxes related to the return of the goods.
You are liable only for the diminution in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods in a mannerother than it was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
