What Are the Transaction Fees?

Also remember about the fees you’ll need to pay depending on the fiat withdrawal method you choose. For ZEN they are as follows:

CurrencyFee
PLN1%
EUR1%
USD1%
GBP1%

Example 1: USD Withdrawal
If you want to withdraw $1,000 using your ZEN card:

  • Withdrawal amount: $1,000
  • Fee rate: 1%
  • Fee calculation: $1,000 × 0.01 = $10
  • Final amount you’ll receive: $990

Example 2: EUR Withdrawal

Let’s say you’re withdrawing €2,500 to your ZEN account:

  • Withdrawal amount: €2,500
  • Fee rate: 1%
  • Fee calculation: €2,500 × 0.01 = €25
  • Final amount you’ll receive: €2,475

Remember that these fees apply instantly at the time of withdrawal, and the reduced amount will be what appears in your ZEN account. The fee structure is consistent across all currencies, making it easy to calculate – simply multiply your withdrawal amount by 0.01 to determine the fee you’ll pay.

This straightforward 1% fee structure is transparent and applies regardless of the withdrawal amount.
