Senior Product Owner - Gamified eCommerce/Cards & Payments

We develop innovative products, grounded in modern technologies and the Web3 world, as well as completely new projects. Their common denominator is scalability and high profits. We're looking for independent experts with an entrepreneurial spirit who understand business ownership and want to take the helm to propel the project to full speed and the right market trajectory.

We have two missions:
1. FinTech (Product Owner): We're looking for solid business knowledge. If optimization is your ace up your sleeve, you could write a book about the functioning of payment cards and payment processes (or you're simply a natural at this ecosystem), and you can conjure up concrete business moves from an Excel spreadsheet – read on! We'll deliver a product that's destined to become part of a larger ecosystem, currently awaiting full operational independence and a new solution architecture.
2. Gamified eCommerce (Product Owner): We're looking for someone focused on dynamic execution and achieving goals. Do you have experience in the entertainment industry, loyalty systems, or modern e-commerce? Do you enjoy working quickly to respond to market demands and have a strong understanding of sales psychology? You'll have the opportunity to build a platform based on the "auction-based entertainment" model.

Requirements
We would like to hear from you that:
- You have 5+ years of experience working on a similar project and won't feel stressed when we ask about your successes and challenges in developing it.
- Ideally, you also have initial experience in people management — we highly value well-developed soft skills.
- You have an entrepreneurial spark, aren't afraid of responsibility, execution, or negotiations, and you comfortably navigate the intersection of business, technology, and marketing.
- At the same time, you have enough understanding to adopt the perspective of other specialists, experts, and domain leaders. You believe in lifelong learning and seek out knowledge at every opportunity.
- You communicate business goals precisely, base your recommendations on facts and numbers, and professionalism along with excellent interpersonal skills are your standard of communication.
- You understand that the key to success is smart, partnership-based collaboration with space for knowledge exchange and mutual learning.
- You can also find your way in situations requiring out-of-the-box thinking and finding a path different from the conventional one.
- In case of bottlenecks, you don't give up and creatively search for solutions; you won't remain passive.
- You treat your work and the product you are responsible for with great care and ensure its safe integration and operation.
- you are communicative and patient, and in the era of hybrid work, you can both manage your time independently and thrive in team collaboration,
- you like the Polish language and respect its rules,
- you speak English at a level that allows for fluent business communication (min. B2).
Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities... will evolve along with the role and the path you choose. However, you can expect:
- End-to-End product management (strategy, implementation, maintenance) and building new platforms and business models.
- Shaping the product's market position.
- Ongoing financial and product analytics (monitoring KPIs, analyzing profitability) and implementing optimization initiatives.
- Designing and developing new functionalities and ensuring full system synergy with the product ecosystem.
- Managing integration processes and strategic cooperation with external partners and vendors.
- Executing marketing strategies, including loyalty and affiliate programs, focused on rapid monetization.
- Ensuring operational stability, high security standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinating processes with key internal departments and strategic reporting to the Management Board.

- By joining the team, you can expect to spend the first three months getting to know each other with the team during a probation period - solidify your knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, support the team with your skills, define what you can realistically deliver, and see if you like it! If both sides are satisfied with the collaboration and it turns out you feel as comfortable in the project as a Kangaroo in Australia, we will establish further terms of cooperation.
- For a start, we offer employment on a mandate contract (umowa zlecenie) up to 14,100 PLN gross or up to 17,000 PLN net on a B2B contract (depending on experience and domain knowledge), and after the probation period, we will decide on the terms of further cooperation (UZ/UoP/B2B) based on a joint analysis of tasks, development direction, and acquired skills.
