Are you an AML or Compliance expert ready to navigate the frontier of digital finance in Slovakia?We are expanding and seeking professionals who are intimately familiar with the Slovak regulatory landscape. We operate at the cutting edge of technology, delving deeply into the dynamic world of cryptocurrency and MiCA regulations.We are looking for a Compliance & AML Officer to act as the strategic bridge between our innovative fintech hub and Slovak national authorities. You will serve as the face and voice of our organization, managing high-level relationships with the National Bank of Slovakia (NBS), while actively supporting our local MiCA legislation and implementation process.
Wymagania
We would like to hear from you if:
- you have a proven track record as a Compliance Manager, MLRO, or Deputy MLRO within a regulated sector (Fintech, Banking, or Crypto),
- you are intimately familiar with the Slovak regulatory landscape, including deep knowledge of local AML/CTF regulations, CASP requirements, and NBS standards,
- the National Bank of Slovakia (NBS) is an environment you navigate with confidence, acting as the official person responsible for supervision and communication,
- you currently reside in Slovakia, as your physical presence is a practical necessity for carrying out duties and engaging with the NBS,
- Slovak is your native language, allowing you to interpret local legislation (maintained in Slovak) and "spar" effectively with regulators, while your English is fluent for internal collaboration,
- you possess a clean criminal record and a high sense of personal responsibility—essential in a role that handles the safety of a global fintech hub,
- you thrive in high-paced environments, where MiCA and local Slovak regulations meet, and you aren't afraid to take the lead in defining industry standards.

Since we are building a comprehensive team, your specific duties will be tailored to the role best suited to your expertise. Whether you join us to provide high-level governance and legal representation as a Board Member, to act as the primary guardian of regulatory safety as an MLRO, or to drive operational excellence and MiCA adaptation as a Compliance Specialist, your daily tasks will reflect your level of seniority and impact. We will define the precise scope together to match your strengths with our local needs during the recruitment process.
Oferujemy
- You’ll work remotely from within your country (Latvia, Slovakia, or Slovenia), though we’d love to host you at our Polish office occasionally for onboarding or to integrate with the team over some coffee.
- We’re offering a salary between €2,000 and €4,500 gross, depending on the depth of your experience and domain expertise.
