They are characterized by the fact that they are granted and repaid in a single transaction on the blockchain, meaning that the borrower does not have to provide traditional collateral such as a pledge or deposit.<br \/>\nThe main feature of Flash Loans is their instantaneous nature. The borrower must return the entire amount borrowed in a single transaction, otherwise the entire operation is undone, and no party loses the funds.
