Deliveries are made by Kanga Shop's shipping service provider of choice. The customer must pay a flat rate for postage, which will depend on the value of the order and the location to which it must be delivered. The customer has to bear the postage costs, which may depend on the value of the order and on the place to which the goods are to be delivered.
Delivery is generally made within two weeks of the customer's receipt of the order confirmation. Delivery dates and times are only binding if Kanga Shop explicitly confirms them in writing (email).
(1) For orderers from the EU countries, Switzerland, the UK, Norway, Liechtenstein, Monaco and the Isle of Man, the prices quoted are final prices. These prices include applicable statutory taxes, especially VAT. The delivery address is decisive.
(2) For purchasers from non-EU countries (except purchasers from Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Liechtenstein, Monaco and the Isle of Man) and for purchasers from EU countries with special VAT rules (cf. Article 6 of Directive 2006/112/EC), the prices shown are net prices. The delivery address is decisive. If VAT is charged according to the law in the recipient's country, the ordering party must pay it additionally upon receipt of the goods. In addition, ordering parties from outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs fees and other costs and charges, which the ordering party must pay additionally upon receipt of the goods.
